27. Do you accept part payment for custom orders?
A. Yes. We offer a flexible payment option for custom-made products. Production can begin after receiving the cost of the selected wood plus 20% of the manufacturing charges as an advance. Once your design and order details are finalized, please contact us to confirm the payment schedule. The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch, after which your order will be securely packed and shipped.
