Product Representation

All product images displayed on this website are intended to showcase design concepts, craftsmanship, and styling inspiration. As every piece is handcrafted, the final product may vary slightly in wood grain, color, texture, carving details, and overall appearance.

Custom Manufacturing

Every ORS product is manufactured on order according to the customer’s selected dimensions, design, wood species, finish, and customization requirements.

Wood Species & Finish

The final appearance of the product depends on the selected wood species, polish, stain, paint, and surface finish. Natural variations in timber are a unique characteristic of solid wood and should not be considered defects.

Manufacturing Timeline

Production begins after design approval and order confirmation. Standard manufacturing requires a minimum of 5 working days, although larger or highly customized projects may require additional time.

Timber Cost

Unless specifically stated in the quotation, the displayed product price does not include the cost of timber (wood).

Customer-Supplied Timber

To maintain complete transparency, customers are welcome to supply their own timber for manufacturing. The material will be inspected to ensure it meets the required quality and suitability standards.

Timber Purchased Through ORS

Customers who prefer a hassle-free experience may purchase timber through ORS at the prevailing market rate. A separate quotation for the timber will be provided before production begins.

Natural Material Disclaimer

Solid wood is a natural material. Variations in grain pattern, knots, texture, color, and shade are inherent characteristics of timber and enhance the uniqueness of each handcrafted piece.

Dimensions & Tolerances

Minor variations in dimensions, carving depth, and handcrafted detailing may occur and are considered standard manufacturing tolerances.

Quotation & Order Confirmation

Manufacturing will commence only after the quotation, design specifications, and all customizations have been approved by the customer.

Returns & Cancellation

As every product is custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, except in cases covered under applicable consumer protection laws or where ORS agrees otherwise.
